Lyons Communications collects and keeps the following on file for internal billing and service purposes:

• Customer Name
• Mailing Address
• Service Address
• Phone Number
• E-Mail Address
• IP Address

Lyons Communication does not share, distribute, or sell this information to anyone except for the following:

• Court order to match an IP address with a customer.
• Colorado State Broadband Portal (http://broadband.co.gov) to map service location (service address only).
• Billing information sent to credit card processing companies. Information may only be used to process payment, no resale or distribution allowed.
• A customer’s telephone information is used for listing information.

Lyons Communications monitors and records the following:

• Quality of service including ping times, errors, outages, and performance.
• Throughput quantity.

Lyons Communications NEVER monitors or collects the following:

• Any internet activity such as websites visited.
• Any TV activity.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Internet browsers and websites may and do collect your viewing information which is outside of Lyons Communications’ control.
